You can do pretty much whatever you want because management can't keep track of anything.
Cons
Everything, everyone acts like a child instead of a professional when they play with favoritism. I left before the hours got ridiculous, but from what I've heard and seen, you lose any semblance of your life once you sign the agreement to work here.
