Pros
Great people, benefits and interesting work with an impactful mandate. There is opportunity to move up and around within the organization. EDC really helps their employees grow.
Cons
It's a Crown Corporation so reviews/approvals are layered and things take time. If you don't speak French at an upper intermediate level, it's quite challenging to move into leadership.
