Great pay, benefits and bones. Flexible work time, can work from home.
Cons
Extremely disorganized department, top heavy management, poor work/ life balance, little to no direction, awful on boarding process, little to no guidance regarding development, very high turnover, the department "right-sized" less than two months after upper management stated they would retain the talent they had currently.
