Pros
Great senior level leadership. They know where they are taking the company and how they want to get there. There is the ability to move across departments if you have the desire to have an impact in another area of the company.
Cons
Healthcare management moves very fast. The workload is heavy and expectations are high. You will either love this environment or hate it. The other challenge is the staffing philosophy. A majority of jobs are being not only contracted, but shipped off shore.
