Pros
Some of the best people with whom I have ever worked. The benefits are good and varied. Most of the managers support their employees well.
Cons
Corporate environment. Constant reshuffling of departments and personnel for "alignment" reasons. Large number of employees results in somewhat regular rotation of layoffs.
