Pros

Employed with a paycheck would be conditionally positive.

Cons

-Lack of respect, empathy without effort to speak with employees. -Greatly devalued -Company management only talks to employees when punishment is involved -Grossly understaffed, long hours that are unplayed -No retirement match -No PTO, holiday, weekend, call or time allowed off for family. -Never spoken to anyone in the company. Many offside business coverage throughout US. Regardless of this barrier, Have never met anyone from the company, Even when they would come visit site. -Very different expectations and Privileges given to certain few -No raises -Unable to ever provide straight answers -Treated staffing poorly, Not only my position, but especially APP providers and certain doctors. -Mission statement about employee life balance, completely false. Worst work/life balance of any job I have ever worked in. Felt guilty taking maternity leave. Fearful of retaliation and firing at all times. * Again, the mission statement about Believe in a work life balance for employees could not be further from the truth. -Never provided raises, Unable to clarify contract negotiations, Complete lack of transparency. -Have not Personally witnessed, However, know Employees at other Extant locations Suffered from psychiatric break due to stress, Variable shifts between night and day And extreme long hours that are uncompensated. These Main reasons for employee Explaining breakdown when previously speaking with about business event. -Provides no mental health resources for employees. -terrible benefits Upfront, I no longer working this company, and I still remain in fear that any negative publicity cause me career suicide. A huge overall fear Due to lack of kindness and empathy from employer, and knowing that retaliation is a common use to suppress employees. Present and future. -Deception, Concern for retaliation Combined with overworked and exhausted staff Was when I realized it was not worth it.

Pros

Colleagues prior to termination and dismissal of team with no grounds for dismissal.

Cons

-Lack of empathy, employee support, moral compass, integrity. -Care more about money and image rather than doing what is best those who intrust them with them their medical care. -lack of leadership on all levels -employees are disposable -Business is set up with minimal number of employees across states to all company to not provide basic benefits, such as short term disability. -constructive criticism or ideas for improvement are met with repercussions and often termination -zero training -long hours unpaid due to “shift pay” -most disrespect I have felt in a career- high school jobs such as restaurants, gas stations, etc treated employees better -No bereavement, holiday compensation, sick time off or pay time off. -HR is a puppet who simply terminates with no investigation -Leadership at all levels lacks accountability or acts as a leader -Could continue. Run new graduations, travelers, money is alluring, but no amount of money is worth it!
