Regardless of this barrier, Have never met anyone from the company, Even when they would come visit site. -Very different expectations and Privileges given to certain few -No raises -Unable to ever provide straight answers -Treated staffing poorly, Not only my position, but especially APP providers and certain doctors. -Mission statement about employee life balance, completely false. Worst work/life balance of any job I have ever worked in. Felt guilty taking maternity leave. Fearful of retaliation and firing at all times. * Again, the mission statement about Believe in a work life balance for employees could not be further from the truth. -Never provided raises, Unable to clarify contract negotiations, Complete lack of transparency. -Have not Personally witnessed, However, know Employees at other Extant locations Suffered from psychiatric break due to stress, Variable shifts between night and day And extreme long hours that are uncompensated. These Main reasons for employee Explaining breakdown when previously speaking with about business event. -Provides no mental health resources for employees. -terrible benefits Upfront, I no longer working this company, and I still remain in fear that any negative publicity cause me career suicide. A huge overall fear Due to lack of kindness and empathy from employer, and knowing that retaliation is a common use to suppress employees.
