Phenomenal Guests (sometimes) Staff There were not many Pros to this job, the guest were nice for the most part, a lot of prostitution and police presence in less than a month.

Horrible Management - Lack of Leadership and accountability Poor training- training was a joke, the manager was just as confused as I was Constant change in policy- they taught one policy, but in the same breath changed it went it came to certain guests or whenever they felt like it High turnover- Everyone that worked there wanted to quit, two employees quit in the few short weeks I worked there Low Pay- My job at the front desk included washing dishes, delivering pots and pans as well as dishes to guest, calling guests like a bill collector,when housekeepers did not clean their rooms to a guests satisfaction I was told to clean the room, folding towels and bedding, basically doing everything not in my job description. I was looking for a part time job, this was THE WORST JOB I have ever had
