The interview process at Extended Stay America was by far the most refreshing one I've experienced. It was so much more than the typical, cookie-cutter questions; it felt more like a conversation where they genuinely wanted to get to know me and my skills. They provided valuable insights into the role, which helped me understand how I could fit into the bigger picture. It truly stood out to me as a transparent and engaging experience. Once I joined the team, the culture at ESA exceeded my expectations. The level of inclusion and teamwork is unparalleled. Different departments work hand-in-hand to ensure everyone is on the same page, which creates a dynamic and collaborative environment. It's energizing to be part of a team that genuinely cares about each other and the company's success. Pros: Transparent and engaging interview process Collaborative and inclusive culture Cross-departmental teamwork Energizing work environment Not forced into selling programs to hotels; instead, I can truly focus on what's best for our franchisees

Pros

I am yet to find them after a few years with the company.

Cons

ESA loves to gaslight and mislead their employees and they expect Hilton level results with 1/4 of the budget. This company will help drive your depression. They will make promises they have no intention to keep, only to keep you around. Corporate is basically a "boys club".
