Pros

Clean, organised and tidy office and salary is paid on time.

Lack of digital progress in the current high tech environment - very basic knowledge & tools with vague data protection. Lack of respect an appreciation for their employers. Insincere management tactics misleading the clients regarding the actual results status v the reality. No prospects to grow due to loss the main accounts.

Pros

Worked with some good and talented people and the team itself was the best part.

Cons

Before the acquisition, the environment was positive and people felt motivated. After the acquisition, everything changed, layoffs started happening, and the vibe became really toxic. No clear direction from leadership. Goals keep changing and employees are left confused about priorities or what’s expected of them. There’s a lot of favoritism people who are close to the bosses get more opportunities and freedom, while others are constantly monitored.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re genuinely sorry to hear about your experience and appreciate your perspective. While we recognize that times of transition, like acquisitions, can bring many challenges and changes that are difficult for everyone, we want to emphasize that we’ve been very focused on actively listening and making meaningful changes based on employee input. In fact, our most recent employee engagement survey received overwhelmingly positive results, and we’re proud to have been named one of Atlanta’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For in 2025 as a result of that survey. We remain committed to fostering a supportive, inclusive, and growth-oriented workplace, and we value all feedback as we continue on that journey.
