      Pros

      This company has had excellent growth since I have been here, which has allowed for a large amount of upward mobility.

      Cons

      The management unfortunately constantly fumbles the ball with just about everything. This is a more recent thing in the last year though. So improvements may still be able to be made.

      I learned so much here. I felt trusted to head up projects even though I was an intern. Truly appreciate the relationships I gained at EZARC.

      Some disorganization, but such is the nature of a company that is in the growth stage.

      The team I worked with were amazing and friendly.

      Manufacturing/shop floor were not respectful. Management had high expectations that we always fell short.
