Pros
Company offers good compensation and has good benefits. Has nice corporate office space and they provide refreshments. Lots of growth allows you to grow your skill set in many different areas. They also try to provide avenues for growth if you are interested. Taking initiative is valued by the company. They provide family outings to the family's of employees like renting out a movie theater for the families and providing concessions. They also cater food a few times a year for the shop and office staff.
Cons
The company is family owned. This makes for some interesting leadership dynamics and typical family business politics. Due to the rapid growth, the company is often under staffed, so it isn't unusual to have a heavy work load. Roles are not explicitly defined so there leaves a lot of guess work when it comes to responsibilities.

This company has had excellent growth since I have been here, which has allowed for a large amount of upward mobility.
Cons
The management unfortunately constantly fumbles the ball with just about everything. This is a more recent thing in the last year though. So improvements may still be able to be made.
