Worst Company - Client Support Officer Ezidebit Employee Review

Some of the worst management I have ever seen. Higher turnover rate of staff than a company that only hires contractors. The Salary is abyssmal coupled with next to no incentives or bonuses. Experienced hard working staff are overlooked for development and are worked to the bone with no gratitude. For perspective, in the time I've been there (little over 2yrs) there have been 12 people that have come and gone in my team where team capacity is 12 people. What does that tell you about the incompetent managers and the way the business is run.
