When comparing to other companies out there, there aren't any pros.
Cons
The list is long and extensive - - Senior Management is toxic and are anything but transparent. Numerous staff have been bullied because that's the only Management style that is known. - Management sit around in their meeting, patting each other on a job well done, meanwhile the business is burning. Morale is at an all time low and their clueless on how to resolve this. This speaks volumes about the lack of skill in Management. - There is definitely an old club feeling to the place. If you're in the club, you will do well.
