Good training at the beginning Some nice colleagues

Pay the minimum wage, make you pay back the cost of courses taken when you leave, they deduct the money out of your final wage. Offer the bare minimum in terms of holidays, leave etc. Expect part time staff to do overtime at their beck and call with no gratitude. Pecking order system for sales which is unfair. Goals set but no rewards or commission. Expect you to arrive at work 15 minutes early and leave 15 minutes late so you can put in and take out the window but this is without pay. They literally make you work half an hour each day extra without pay. Apart from unpaid lunch hour, there are no break times. Antiquated rules and procedures.
