      Pros

      Amazing team to work with. Great discounts! Management and directors are very approachable and the most down to earth people you will ever meet. Fantastic ongoing training Amazing progression opportunities.

      Cons

      Festive seasons dont always go into a stores favour, long hours and very little time at home (store worker) compared to those in HO. KPI target expectations can be too high - penalised with disiplinaries and threatened with a P45 if not reached at times.

      staff discount is fairly generous

      Cons

      you will be expected to show up early and stay late for no extra pay, you will not be allowed a 30min "lunch" break until 3/4pm, you will be constantly hounded about meeting targets with no reward or incentive to do so, you will be asked to fill in "anonymous" questionnaires about the staff satisfaction and then interrogated and bashed for your opinion. all for the pleasure of just over minimum wage. you will constantly be understaffed and when this happens you will be forced to skip your lunch break with no extra pay. if you have any other available options, avoid this company like the plague.

      Pros

      a great team based company, working together is encouraged and helping one another reach the target it a great part of the company. training is regular and the managers and above are great to talk to if you have an issue. i'm very proud to be a staff member at F Hinds. many company offer incentives throught the year.

      Cons

      the pay is not the best and no particular rewards are given for reaching your target. Lastly the working hours are not at all flexable.
