Pros

I had a very positive experience working here and would highly recommend it to others. The team environment is one of the best I’ve been part of—great coworkers and supportive managers who genuinely care about your success. Open communication was a constant, with clear directives and expectations, making it easy to stay on track. One of the aspects I appreciated most was the room for growth and development. There were always opportunities to expand your skills and take on new challenges. I also enjoyed the opportunity to travel, gain valuable experience, and work remotely when needed, which provided a good work-life balance. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to grow both professionally and personally!

Cons

The only real challenge I faced was starting the job during the height of the Covid pandemic, which delayed meeting coworkers in person. The initial training was done virtually on a system I wasn’t familiar with, which made the onboarding a bit tougher. That said, this was more a product of the unusual circumstances we were all in rather than any fault of F3. They did their best to train virtually and provided me with the tools and skills I needed to succeed on various projects.

Pros

Hybrid work, the coworkers are nice and the restaurant owners can be nice too.

Cons

Managers are very rude. When you try to talk to your boss about anything they say “well it’s better than serving.” They treat you like a number. Your hours are not guaranteed so you often do not make enough money. They don’t care. They are too busy posting on LinkedIn about all the alcohol they’re drinking with famous people and sports teams while their employees make less than anyone else in this field working with another company. They expect you to be available 5am - 7pm Monday through Friday NOT including travel. So you’ll get scheduled for a 5am shift that’s 2 hours away and you have to take it. They are constantly changing the way paperwork is done. They fire very easily. They tell you that you have to respond to your work messages even when you’re off the clock. You are not paid for this.
