      Pros

      Good pay and benefits even for mediocre talent. Stable company for folks who want to just do a day job and earn their pay-check. Heavily dependent on the current CEO.

      Cons

      No growth seen on horizon as it is the leader in an already matured market. Horrible acquisitions in recent history. Micro-management in certain pockets. High-level executive decisions are questionable.
