Pros
Balanced life and work, not very lay-back, not much over time as well. There are some talented engineers as well.
Cons
A lot of office politics in some groups, a lot of complex relationships, brothers, buddy, previous company co-workers. Some managers are very good at politics and kiss ass, no knowledge or work ethics.
