Pros
Fully stocked kitchens in HQ. decent work life balance. Generally smart people around. Too many team lunches, events and team meetings.
Cons
Poor and mismanaged engineering systems. Management stays miles away from ground realities. Build system is pathetic. Releases are prolonged because of poor planning. Lack of communication between teams outside the HQ. micro management is prominent in my team. Lately, the standards of hiring have dropped and some poor engineers and managers have come in. Such people make it tough for interested and smart employees to do their best work.
