Fairmat is an industrial company. As such you get to work in the physical world which I really enjoy as a software engineer Fairmat is **actually** recycling carbon fiber. I really enjoy working on a topic that matters to me. Fairmat has built a strong culture and Fairmatters are living by our values: I really enjoy working with people for which transparency, determination, pragmatism and engagement matter. From my point of view this allows us to go fast, to make mistakes and to iterate.

Fairmat is a young industrial companies. There are a lot to do, and the correct path is not always clear. You won't enjoy working here if you need an immutable 5-year plan to move forward. We work with quarterly defined OKRs. If this is a methodology you don't like / don't want to try Fairmat is probably not a good place for you. We have an open salary grid. If you want to, you can know what your teammates are making, and they can know what you are making. This may not be something you want. Fairmat is promoting a culture of writing. If you don't agree with writing documentation about what you do, why, etc Fairmat is probably not a place for you.
