2yThanks for sharing your thoughts and experiences with us. Your feedback is important to us as we continuously strive to create a more inclusive and supportive work environment. Flexible Working has gone through a significant evolution since 2020, when we experienced the closure of offices and the world at large. Over the past years, we have been learning and adapting. While we want to remain committed to flexibility, we believe in the quality of "in real life" connections as a cornerstone of trust and culture and that's why we have moved into an approach that requires that our people work a minimum of 2 days per week from the office. From our perspective, this is a balanced approach that keeps a level of flexibility while appreciating the social element of work, which is so important in organisational culture.
