Great co-workers with a lot of heart and passion for high quality work.

Cons

Absolute trash management and lack of respect to staff. Unbelievably clueless direction and management. Boss and management level team stuck in their proud old days, which contributes to their ridiculously outdated thinking and clueless way of working.

Pros

People(who you work with daily I mean) are great. You can learn a lot from them. Most of them have been part of at least 3 film or TV commercial projects individually. You would learn different softwares fast if you really want to contribute to the film industry. You got a nice view of Victoria Harbour and a park downstairs. Free coffee, coke and milk

Cons

Don't expect to develop your salary here (No OT compensation) Ridiculous management Lack of negotiation with the client. We were just Tom Cruise doing "Mission: Impossible" for them.
