      Pros

      Great co-workers with a lot of heart and passion for high quality work.

      Cons

      Absolute trash management and lack of respect to staff. Unbelievably clueless direction and management. Boss and management level team stuck in their proud old days, which contributes to their ridiculously outdated thinking and clueless way of working.

      Pros

      Well you got good colleagues, good senior and people. Basically people will help each other to tackle CG problems.

      Cons

      Well you got lame management. Not only no concept art before the production, the directors idea will change hugely even we are already in production. In fact, no one try to stop the director and the blame game was started. At the end, they will mess things up. Delay project, Good starting with worst ending, Pushing responsibility to others, well you name it.
