People(who you work with daily I mean) are great. You can learn a lot from them. Most of them have been part of at least 3 film or TV commercial projects individually.
You would learn different softwares fast if you really want to contribute to the film industry.
You got a nice view of Victoria Harbour and a park downstairs.
