Cons
Surely compensation a major factor in deciding where to work. FDM operates as a vendor firm supplying T&M to clients. With recruitment companies, they may take a percentage cut of your wage from your employer. But with FDM, they actually take whatever over and above the agreed wage they pay you I.e. 22k; there are cases where clients are paying 50, even 60k to FDM, and they will still be paying you 22k. That's more than a bit unfair. And you don't get to choose what you want to work in, basically you are expected to show a positive inclination to whatever they have to offer, where you may end up doing what you don't set out to do.
