Pros

The company offers an amazing service, in need, and highly profitable. The problem is, management, micromanages to a rediculous level. Case in point, when on break, you must post a sign on your desk, advising any management members who might happen to come by, that you are indeed on break, and when on break, you must log out of your computer. Don't dare forget to log back in when you return or you'll get written up. The managers treat subordinates like children. But wait, there's more. I swear, I am NOT making this up! When you go to use the restroom, you must sign a log sheet, and the key ring for the restroom has a huge set of jingle bells the size of a bunch of grapes. Everybody has an audience when you sign out the key ring. Mind you, this is a class B commercial building with law firms and other professional businesses. I wonder what will come next? Will they ask you whether you went #1 or #2?

Cons

In all fairness, these rediculous conditions may be limited to the Tustin branch office, I cannot speak for the office in Washington. The benefits are great, some people work there only for the benefits.

Pros

Great company to work for. Customer service is #1 and they are veterans in the industry. The people who work directly with the clients go above and beyond for them. Team atmosphere

Cons

Nothing out of the ordinary. Same office politics as any company but I think it works towards the customer's benefit ultimately.

Pros

Casual Environment, Good Benefits, Flexible Schedule

Cons

Poor management who love to micro-manage like you wouldn't believe!! A lot of "Managers" who are in meetings all day long, going over who knows what because it is obvious they have no idea what their employees do on a day to day basis. Horrendous customer service to their clients and their vendors. Their system is very archaic & time consuming for the type of work they do which leads to no one knowing what the other is doing. Management also likes to make you aware on a daily basis of the distinct line between management and employee. No room for advancement/professional growth. Poor work ethic, I actually had a manager (who I was training), tell me to "Show me what buttons to push so I can get my paycheck." Classy, right?!
