Collateral Analyst - Collateral Analyst FGI Worldwide LLC Employee Review

Where do I even begin... stay away from this boiler room company at all costs. They are internally cannibalizing all talent that walks in that door. The company itself hired me under the assumption that they needed a "collateral analyst" on the financial operations team. Little did I know, that after two weeks once I have caught the company up to speed on administrative and small technical work, that they had no need for me. They hired me to essentially use me, waste my time & money. The company culture is a joke, there actually is none, and the employee's seem very distant, and always irritated. I am actually glad that they "no longer had any work for me" due to the fact that the position was a dead end and was not benefiting my long term career goals. Also I would like to add, there seems to be little to no room for advancement within the company. If you are looking for a company to start your financial career, look elsewhere.
