      Talented people work here but leave eventually.

      There's rampant bullying and yelling here at FIGS. The workplace in this company is jus total chaos. There's no proper communication between the management and the employees. Our managers are aggressive all the time, and they intimidate and insult employees in front of other people.

      -impactful company mission and values -incredible CEO with the most inspiring perspective and vision -the best employees, everyone has a "can-do" attitude and works together to achieve goals -amazing culture programs -simply amazing humans, I feel lucky to work here

      Pros

      Literally not one pro. I went to work there because I thought I was going to be working for smart women CEOs but boy was I wrong. This was the most toxic place I've ever worked for.

      Cons

      Truly toxic! I've never been in a more toxic work environment. All the managers were unqualified and more toxic then the next.
