      Great people and culture(used to be) Somewhat relaxed working environment

      Delusional boss with senseless ideas and poor management skills who seldom/never listens, extremely biased, bad-tempered, petty, lies blatantly, always think he is right and pushes blame to others. Too many sudden last minute changes, consistently waste resources Minimum/ No pay increment/ No bonus Dedicated employees suffer from poor work/life balance, and are never appreciated/rewarded

      Pros

      The people at FIGS were the best thing about coming in every day. They are smart, motivated, and highly skilled at what they do. It was also inspiring to work with the founders of the company because they basically built the company from the ground up! It was also amazing to work so closely with management since not everyone gets the opportunity to do so. I am so happy that I had a chance to work here. I will take all the valuable knowledge I learned and take it with me to the next chapter of my career. I can't wait to see what they will do next!

      Talented people work here but leave eventually.

      There's rampant bullying and yelling here at FIGS. The workplace in this company is jus total chaos. There's no proper communication between the management and the employees. Our managers are aggressive all the time, and they intimidate and insult employees in front of other people.
