Pros

I no longer work here. There were good people who worked here, but they have all left or are on their way out the door.

Cons

If you value yourself and your mental health, do not work at this company. You will be underpaid, overworked, and gossiped about on a daily basis. Promotions and raises are heavily based on favoritism with no relation to actual job performance, competency, or intelligence. You will be expected to give your soul to the company, while receiving no support in return. Management has absolutely no idea how to run a successful business and have made it this far with sheer luck and riding the coattails of the hardworking employees that they turned their backs on during the pandemic. You will be a line on a spreadsheet, with calculations made to how they can cut your cost while milking as many possible working hours out of you as possible. Don't want to do it? That's okay, they will let you go/ push you out the door and find some other sucker to do it for half the cost. My health and happiness have improved dramatically since severing ties with this company. FIRST often refers to themselves as a "family," but they mean the dysfunctional one that abuses you on a daily basis. I have seen them publicly promote how they value their employee's personal lives and well-being, while privately firing them, cutting their pay, or forcing them to resign by making their work lives miserable. The real red flag is most of the HR staff turning over within the past year... only proving that truly unethical practices were and are still going on.

Strong, supportive culture where people genuinely care about each other. Leadership invests in employee growth and long-term development. Stable company with a vision and consistent performance. Opportunity to work with exciting clients in a dynamic, creative industry.

Cons

Fast-paced environment can be demanding at times. Growth opportunities can sometimes depend on team/department needs. As with any continuously evolving company, processes are evolving in some areas.
