So many it would be impossible to list them all. Bullying, harassment, constantly being set up for failure and belittled/thrown under the bus, are amongst the first things that come to mind. If you don't suck up to management or are within their grace for whatever reason, they will make your life a living hell. Not to mention the ridiculous salaries they offer for the amount of work you'll be doing. Working hours are something that lives on your contract only - leaving on time is strictly frowned upon. Mental health is not even contemplated: in fact, the moment you show any signs of burnout (which is very likely) you'll be too you are weak and you should seek an alternative career. A word of advice: steer WELL clear of this company
