Pros
As an individual who had no prior experience in my field I have been able to grow in my career exponentially in a short amount of time. If you enjoy a fast paced work environment, fantastic mentorship opportunities and the ability to take ownership of major tasks then FISPAN may be a good fit for you. I started at FISPAN as a Co-op student and was exposed to so many areas of the business so quickly. The scope of my practice grew very quickly. Additionally, the size and scale of my projects continue to grow and evolve. Upper management has been exceedingly supportive and the work culture is phenomenal. It is no surprise that FISPAN was recently recognized as one of the best places to work after Graduation in Canada. Anyone who is considering applying to either a co-op or full time employment at FISPAN will not be disappointed if they are selected as an eligible candidate.
