Thank you for your candor and feedback. We are very sorry to hear that your experience at FISPAN is not as expected. We strive for the highest level of organizational communication and transparency, and we are currently working on further improving streamlined top-down communication. A main pillar that FISPAN was built on is the notion of inclusivity, and we honour all of our employees and their feedback. We have adapted our lunch program recently to align with a semi-monthly cadence of structured meetings and have expanded to offer a monthly lunch budget to remote employees. We have spent a number of months developing career paths and levels for each area of our business and will be rolling these out shortly to all teams, aiming to make the growth path through FISPAN clearer.
