      Good footprint in Legacy markets

      False claim on no layoff policy. In actuality, it is much worse. Internal culture is territorial, silo and defensive.

      Pros

      super nice people - most were really passionate about what they do. Old building with charm and a pretty good salary base.

      Cons

      Lots of meetings where very little gets accomplished. Lots of roadblocks and nay sayers just because that's the way we've always done it, etc.
