Pros
No micromanaging. Wonderful freedom to work when you want to, as long as you finish tasks on time. You can truly work from anywhere with internet.
Cons
People tend not to stay long here—lots of employees have been here one or two years. Some veterans, but they are few. Sometimes people are just gone with no explanation, which is unsettling. The pay is far below industry standard, but there are some perks like an education and technology stipend. Only full time employees get unlimited paid time off.
