Pros

No micromanaging. Wonderful freedom to work when you want to, as long as you finish tasks on time. You can truly work from anywhere with internet.

Cons

People tend not to stay long here—lots of employees have been here one or two years. Some veterans, but they are few. Sometimes people are just gone with no explanation, which is unsettling. The pay is far below industry standard, but there are some perks like an education and technology stipend. Only full time employees get unlimited paid time off.

Pros

I've been through some boundary-crossing, burnout-inducing work-from-home situations before. Flowium is the exact opposite of every bad experience I've had. Autonomy, power over my schedule/time. No micromanaging. Opportunities to learn from each other's successes without wasteful, nonsense meetings. Using Loom, Slack, and Asana to communicate is the perfect amount of collaboration/structure with all the freedom I've been looking for. The culture is all about lifting each other up and maintaining a balance (asking for help if you need it).

Cons

I don't care how cheesy it is: The con is I didn't find them sooner.

I love the culture inside Flowium. The best work environment where everyone is just happy to be working while really connecting with others. Very flexible time. Not toxic. Great opportunity to grow and learn. Nothing but great words about this company!
