Business outlook
Pros
Good team. Good opportunities for personal growth. Interesting projects and lots of responsibility. I worked with FLS in Denmark, pay was relatively average for a student job. My supervisors were great and I am still in contact with them. There is high potential for moving across the organisation.
Cons
Due to economic downturn the company is not doing well, when I was working there there were some firing rounds, which of course is uncomfortable. I do not think the company handled this as well as they could have.
