Pros
Cannot find any. The series of cuts over last year has destroyed moral and created uncertainty so that top class people who were not made redundant have left. How the hell can we support such a wide range of technology if the experienced support team have been made redundant or have left.
Cons
No communication on long term strategy .. Poorly managed. Brutal in treatment of long term employees
