Nice working environment and company culture

Lots of nonstop fun company paid events nearly in every week, such as BBQ, Korean dry Sauna, Massage... (in 5 days workdays, not using weekend) 3. Fast growing company but under well management, give you enough comfortable time before you meet the deadline so that you can fully dig into your learning curve and truly learn more after you done every project, it's good for my self-growing. 4. Friendly co-workers at all, people are very fun there, so I feel no pressure every single day. 5. The President of the company knows art, so if you are an artist or a designer, you don't suffer from a boss that knows nothing about art but only ask you to make ugly stuff.

I don't find any Cons, for now, it's a young company.
