      Pros

      The interview was fairly easy - more like a chat.

      Cons

      Their scheme is to get you "hired", you pay them 10% of the annual salary upfront, and they fire you right after you pay. You will end up being scammed, paying them thousands of dollars, and end up being laid off not due to poor performance but because that's their plan from the beginning!

      I felt that I was lied to

      Relaxed culture no micromanaging Chinese speaking

      Cons

      Joined as a senior recruiter but roles were not serious realistic &far too junior Left immediately because I did not have a good feeling Management tries to make excuses but even 'manager' does not know What is shared in interview is very different Office politics is very strong. Did not feel welcome
