Owner expects APM to work as fast as he does and to know as much about the processes as he does without decisively explaining this in the interview process. Owner never laid out a definitive job role expectation. Owner expects you to hit the ground running at his speed of 100 mph and gets aggressive in speech and attitude if you don't keep up with him.
