      Pros

      Extremely friendly working environment. Everyone works like a team and it's like a studio. I was scared about joining a office after completing my school. But this office gave me huge inspiration to work for architecture.

      Cons

      Management team is a bit weak. Need to work on it. Cause to work professionally proper management system is important.

      Pros

      Great employees to work with as this is a Design Build Firm. So the Construction side had good guys.

      Cons

      Owner expects APM to work as fast as he does and to know as much about the processes as he does without decisively explaining this in the interview process. Owner never laid out a definitive job role expectation. Owner expects you to hit the ground running at his speed of 100 mph and gets aggressive in speech and attitude if you don't keep up with him.

      Pros

      Very lively energetic enviroment. Lots of freshers join here. Loved to interact with them. You can learn a lot if you want. Everything goes there on a emotional and tempting scale.

      Cons

      Management do not have any long term plan for any employee, just want to get the job done like 'kamla khatano'. High turn over. Had to go after Boss to finish deadline. If he is not tempted he won't assist. No matter how near the deadline is.
