All of the team is really supportive towards interns. The intern supervisor does a great job of exposing us to all aspects of the financial advising industry. Most projects are purposeful. I have gained extremely valuable skills that you aren't able to get in a classroom.

It is a smaller firm, so entry and advancement may be harder to come by

The founders are great! They definitely know what they are doing and are good to work for. There are other staff members who are helpful as well. Everyone is very professional.

The atmosphere is kind of toxic, only a few people create it, most of the team is great. As people they are all great; work settings can sometimes bring out people's bad side.
