Pros
The founders are great! They definitely know what they are doing and are good to work for. There are other staff members who are helpful as well. Everyone is very professional.
Cons
The atmosphere is kind of toxic, only a few people create it, most of the team is great. As people they are all great; work settings can sometimes bring out people's bad side.

They really know what they are doing as far as financially managing their clients assets and run a first class operation.
Cons
Fear mongering among employees. Inconsistent work environment starting from the top down. Do not pay commensurate to competitive companies and no opportunity for growth.
