      Pros

      Employee owned, so if you like it there’s good long term financial opportunity but you have to stay for a while. Some nice people there

      Cons

      Leadership acts like they’re revolutionizing AV integration, when really do the same thing as everyone else and charge a fortune for it. They do a few things well but the opportunities for those things are very hard to dig up from scratch. If you don’t have a book of business you can bring over then you will have a bad time

      Pros

      Very friendly and helpful peers. Employee ownership is a true benefit financially and culturally, there is a true sense of ownership top down.

      Cons

      Poor work life balance, management micro-manages activity and hyper critical. Onboarding was slow and somehow there was still expectation for high activity.
