Bad Experience - AV Project Manager FORTÉ Employee Review

The culture sucks - the people are only concerned about themselves. Management is overworked and have too many direct reports. Urgency is fabricated by poor process and management. The TSM has too many direct reports overseeing the field techs, programmers, and project managers. The AVP inserts himself at the last minute. Overselling and underdelivering. They don't care about the customers, just the bottom line. Training is non existent. It's amazing they've gotten this big (nationwide/global) with poor standards. I do not recommend.
