Strategic location, nearest Raffles Place MRT Value clients are introducing by Economic Development Board

Cons

Bosses (Husband and Wife) are from China, and the way they do business and manage the employees is too ridiculous. 1. Endless zoom meetingsssss, morning zoom meeting is to report what's your work tasks for today, and the evening zoom meeting is to report what you've done for the day. 2. Bosses like to paint a rosy picture to employees so that everyone can sink into their traps and work 24/7 for the company. 3. The company will force the employees to reply to the WeChat and wecom messages at night time (resting time) and on weekends, if they didn't reply, the lady boss will spam them with messages in a very rude way. 4. Management will bias the Senior Staff as they work with the company longer than you, when something happens, even if the senior staff does something wrong, they will scold you instead of scolding them. 5. The turnover rate of the company is too high!! Almost 3 employees will quit within a month, and the company will hire more new staff onboard. FOZL is hiring every month. Their turnover rate means everything. What a Failure. LMAO. They are micromanaging, manipulated, and terrible. DO NOT BELIEVE the good review here, I am pretty sure is the company forcing their employees to do that, don't believe it? You can try to apply for the job and you will know it.

During the June school holidays, FOZL invited employees to bring their children to work, organizing art classes and free lunch for them. This kind of initiative goes a long way in promoting work-life integration and making staff feel truly supported. The company is also generous with regular gifts and appreciation gestures, which adds to the positive work culture.

As the company continues to grow and now has a larger team, you may occasionally encounter colleagues who focus more on giving negative feedback, even when the company’s intentions are good. While this doesn’t reflect the overall culture, it can be a minor challenge in an otherwise positive environment. The company provides a well-structured onboarding experience, including a welcome kit, orientation program, and clear guidance to help new hires integrate smoothly into the team. There are also numerous staff benefits available. The office is conveniently located just a short walk from Lau Pa Sat.

While the company actively promotes staff welfare and provides various benefits, there is still room for improvement in internal communication and managing expectations. Some employees tend to focus on negatives despite the support provided, which can affect team morale. Constructive feedback is encouraged, but it's important that it's shared with the intention to improve, not just to complain.
