Bosses (Husband and Wife) are from China, and the way they do business and manage the employees is too ridiculous. 1. Endless zoom meetingsssss, morning zoom meeting is to report what's your work tasks for today, and the evening zoom meeting is to report what you've done for the day. 2. Bosses like to paint a rosy picture to employees so that everyone can sink into their traps and work 24/7 for the company. 3. The company will force the employees to reply to the WeChat and wecom messages at night time (resting time) and on weekends, if they didn't reply, the lady boss will spam them with messages in a very rude way. 4. Management will bias the Senior Staff as they work with the company longer than you, when something happens, even if the senior staff does something wrong, they will scold you instead of scolding them. 5. The turnover rate of the company is too high!! Almost 3 employees will quit within a month, and the company will hire more new staff onboard. FOZL is hiring every month. Their turnover rate means everything. What a Failure. LMAO. They are micromanaging, manipulated, and terrible. DO NOT BELIEVE the good review here, I am pretty sure is the company forcing their employees to do that, don't believe it? You can try to apply for the job and you will know it.

Used to have nice staffs but they all left.

Please do not trust the 4- or 5-star reviews. Most of them are written by current employees who were instructed by management to post positive feedback. I wonder why the HR Assistant Manager has so much free time that they can write such reviews and claim everything stated is true. In reality, the management is so "kiasu" that they restrict access to company data for all staff. The HR Assistant Manager does not verify facts properly and simply accuses resigned or terminated employees of attempting to sabotage or modify data. They claim that certain staff did not meet expectations, yet the company continues to use the work produced by these individuals. If the company can just terminated any time they liked, it show that they don't have a proper system in place at the first place.
