Please note that many 4- or 5-star reviews may not reflect the true employee experience, as current staff are often directed by management to post positive feedback. -Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) here are a significant source of frustration, often feeling like a distraction rather than a motivator. The emphasis shifts from genuinely completing tasks to simply devising elaborate strategies to meet often unrealistic targets. This approach not only hinders actual productivity but also creates a system where employees are constantly scrambling, which could ultimately lead to higher turnover costs and less efficient use of resources for grassroots employees. -Punctuality is rigidly enforced, with employees receiving reminders or warnings for minor lateness. However, the option to work overtime to offset this lateness is not permitted. -Despite management's stated receptiveness to communication, expressing our thoughts and concerns remains challenging. It often feels as though management's own agenda and preferences consistently outweigh employee input, leading to a culture where ideas from the ground up are rarely prioritized or implemented. -Our department, despite its inherent authority and importance, consistently feels undervalued compared to others. This manifests tangibly in disparities like a significantly lower budget. We often find ourselves making do with hand-me-down or rejected office equipment, while other departments are furnished with new, state-of-the-art tools. This not only impacts our efficiency but also sends a clear message about our perceived worth. - The daily meetings are largely unproductive and a drain on time. Although all employees attend, there's a noticeable disparity in how individuals from different departments are treated, unless the boss is present. This creates an environment where contributions from certain departments are consistently overlooked or dismissed.

While they may feel challenging at times, we believe that those who are capable and motivated will find them achievable and rewarding. On communication, we strongly advocate for two-way dialogue. In fact, we’ve put several channels in place—including open-door sessions and anonymous feedback forms—so that all voices can be heard. If an individual feels unheard by their immediate supervisor, we always encourage them to approach another trusted leader or use our anonymous channels. FOZL has grown steadily year after year, not just in profits but in people development. We believe in a culture of fairness, where what you put in is what you get out.
